1. The Creative Process & Approval
To ensure your keepsake is perfect, we follow a strict "Digital Proof" process:

Preview: We will send you a digital preview of your artwork transformation via email or WhatsApp.

Final Approval: We require your written approval (a simple "Approved" or "Ready to print") before we begin final production.

Changes: Once you have given your final approval, no further changes can be made to the design.

2. Payment & Confirmation

Securing Your Order: Once you accept our quotation, we will send you a secure link for payment via Revolut, or Bank Transfer.

Commencement of Work: Because our work is bespoke, we only begin the artistic transformation and restoration process once full payment has been received.

3. Production & Delivery Timelines

We take pride in our craftsmanship and adhere to the following timelines:

Digital-Only Art: Ready within 48 hours after your final approval.

Printed & Framed Art: Typically ready for collection or delivery within 7 to 10 days from approval.

Hand-Stitched Items: Please allow 10–14 days for our handcrafted textile pieces.

Urgent Orders: Express service (3–5 days) may be available for a small fee, depending on our current studio schedule.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because every TinykeepStudio piece is a custom creation based on your child’s unique art:

No Refunds: We cannot offer refunds or returns once the final product has been created or printed.

Quality Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right immediately.

5. Studio Policies

Location: TinykeepStudio is in the heart of  Mellieħa, Malta.

Collections: Studio pickups are available strictly by appointment only. Items not collected within 60 days will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

Color Accuracy:  "Please note that colors may vary slightly from your digital screen to the final printed or stitched product due to monitor settings and material textures." 

Abandonment Policy: Add: "Items not collected from our Mellieħa studio within 60 days of completion will be considered abandoned, unless otherwise agreed."
