Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How long will my order take?
Digital Artwork: Once your background colour, title and artwork details are confirmed, your high-resolution digital file is usually ready within 2 working days, depending on the quantity of the artworks multiple artworks may take more time to complete.
Printed : Orders requiring professional printing usually take 7–10 working days after final design approval, excluding delivery time.
Express Orders: Need your keepsake sooner? Please contact us before ordering. Express service may be available for selected digital or collage orders, depending on the studio schedule. An additional express fee may apply.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or for larger, more detailed commissions.
What do I receive with a Digital Artwork order?
You will receive a high-resolution, print-ready digital file that has been carefully cleaned, enhanced and prepared for printing.
Your file will be suitable for printing up to the size confirmed with your order. Printing results may vary depending on the printer, paper and frame you choose.
No physical print is included unless selected separately.
Can I send a photograph instead of the original drawing?
Yes. A clear, high-resolution photograph is suitable for most digital artwork orders and allows you to keep the original safely at home.
For the best result:
- Photograph the artwork in bright, natural light.
- Place it on a flat surface.
- Take the photo directly from above.
- Avoid shadows, glare and filters.
- Make sure the entire artwork is visible and in focus.
We will let you know if a clearer image is needed before starting.
Do you change my child’s original drawing?
We always aim to preserve the character and personality of your child’s artwork.
For digital artwork, we may remove paper creases, stains, shadows or accidental background marks. We may also balance colours and sharpen the image, while keeping your child’s original lines and creative details recognisable.
For physical collage artwork, selected parts of the submitted drawings may be carefully cut, arranged and combined with hand-painted or decorative details to create a new family artwork.
Not every submitted drawing or detail will necessarily appear in the final composition.
Important questions to add
I recommend adding these to the page because they will reduce customer confusion before an order.
How many drawings can I submit?
Each package includes a set artwork-submission limit. You may send several options, but Tiny Keep Studio will select the strongest elements for the final composition.
The exact limit will be confirmed with your chosen package.
Will every drawing be included?
No. The final artwork is carefully composed rather than crowded with every submitted piece. Only the drawings, colours and details that work best together will be selected.
Unused original artwork will be returned where applicable.
Will I see the design before it is completed?
Digital orders include one general design approval before the final file is prepared.
Can I share my preferences before the collage is created?
Yes. Before work begins, you can tell us:
- which colours you would like to be most visible in the collage
- which original drawings or details are especially meaningful to your family
- which pieces you would like considered as the main featured layer
These preferences will guide the composition. However, the final placement, layering and balance are decided by Tiny Keep Studio as part of the creative process.
Because the physical collage is created by hand and may permanently incorporate parts of the original artwork, there is no design approval stage once production has started.
What happens to the original artwork?
For digital orders created from photographs or scans, your original artwork stays safely with you.
For Original Artwork Edition commissions, selected parts of the originals may be permanently incorporated into the finished piece.
Any unused original artwork will be returned with the completed order.
Do you return the original drawings?
Yes. Any unused original artwork will be returned after the commission is completed.
Customers are responsible for packaging and delivery arrangements unless local collection has been agreed.
Is framing included?
Framing depends on the type of artwork and the option you choose.
Original Artwork Collage
Your handmade collage is supplied as a completed, framed artwork. The frame forms part of the finished piece and is included in the package price.
Digital Artwork Transformation – Digital File Only
You receive a high-resolution, print-ready digital file. No physical print or frame is included, so you can arrange printing and framing yourself.
Digital Artwork Transformation – Printed Artwork
Tiny Keep Studio professionally prints your finished artwork and sends it to you unframed. You can then choose a frame that suits your home.
Digital Artwork Transformation – Printed and Framed
Tiny Keep Studio arranges both the professional printing and framing, so your artwork arrives ready to display.
Available sizes, frame styles and any additional costs will be confirmed before you place your order.
How do payments work?
A deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the finished artwork, print-ready file or physical order is released.
Deposits become non-refundable once creative work has started.
Will my child’s artwork be shared online?
Your child’s artwork, name or family details will not be shared for marketing without your permission.
You may be asked separately whether Tiny Keep Studio can photograph or feature the transformation in its portfolio, website or social media.
