How long does it take to receive my order?

Digital-Only Art: Once you confirm your choice of background colors, title, and artwork description, your high-quality, print-ready digital file will be ready in 48 hours.

Printed & Framed Art: For physical products that require professional printing and framing, the process typically takes 7 to 10 days from your final design approval.

Last-Minute Orders: If you need a keepsake urgently, please contact us! We can often accommodate "Express" orders within 3 to 5 days, depending on our current studio schedule.

What do I get with a Digital-Only order?

You will receive a high-resolution, downloadable file that is professionally restored and enhanced. These files are prepared so that you can print them yourself in any size you prefer without losing quality.

Can I send a photo instead of the original paper?

Yes! A clear, high-resolution photo taken in bright, natural light is perfect for our digital restoration. This allows you to keep the original drawing safely at home while we create your masterpiece.

Do you change the original drawing?

We stay true to the "soul" of the art. We clean up accidental marks like paper creases or stains, but we keep your child’s original lines exactly as they drew them.

Enhancements: We professionally enhance the digital drawing by balancing colors and sharpening lines. For our Physical Collages, we add artistic touches like custom doodles and paint sprinkles, and may carefully cut elements of the artwork to compose a brand-new, original composition.
